Terms and Conditions

Jen Stowe Consulting LLC

Effective Date: June 24, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Jen Stowe Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of jenstoweconsulting.com (the “Website”), all associated pages, The Relationship Lab program, the Relationship Lab Community, coaching calls, practice dyads, digital curriculum, live events, digital products, and any related content, products, services, or offerings (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, submitting an application, purchasing products or services, enrolling in The Relationship Lab, joining the community, or otherwise participating in our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

2. Description of Services and Offerings

We provide group coaching and education programs, live coaching calls, practice dyads, community spaces, digital curriculum, reflection materials, written content, digital products, and related offerings intended to support adult personal development in the domain of relationships.

All Services are educational and coaching in nature. They are not therapy, clinical treatment, or mental health services. No therapist–client relationship is formed through participation in the Platform or Services. Although Jen Stowe is a licensed psychotherapist, her role within the Platform is that of educator and coach.

3. Educational and Coaching Services Disclaimer

All programs, calls, materials, curriculum, community participation, practice dyads, and related Services are provided for educational, coaching, and personal development purposes only.

These Services are not substitutes for medical treatment, mental health therapy, psychological counseling, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

Nothing provided through the Platform is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical, psychological, emotional, or physical conditions.

If you are currently under the care of medical or mental health professionals, you should continue that care and consult with appropriate professionals before incorporating our Services into your routine.

If you are in active mental health crisis or acute psychological distress, please seek professional support before enrolling. The Relationship Lab is not designed for use as crisis support or clinical intervention.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in coaching, reflective exercises, group discussion, practice dyads, emotional exploration, and personal development work may evoke emotional, psychological, or interpersonal responses.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in the Platform and Services.

Your use of the Platform and participation in Services is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

5. No Guarantees

Jen Stowe and Jen Stowe Consulting LLC make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, experiences, transformations, changes in relationship patterns, results, or personal growth outcomes.

Individual experiences vary significantly and depend on each participant’s own effort, engagement, and circumstances.

Testimonials and examples shared by others do not guarantee similar outcomes.

6. Purchases, Payments, and Billing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases, program enrollment, subscriptions, memberships, and recurring charges as applicable.

Recurring payment plans automatically charge on the schedule agreed upon at enrollment until the payment term is complete or, for subscription-based offerings, until cancelled.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with purchases.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Program Policies

Due to the live, group, and curriculum-based nature of our offerings:

•       All sales are generally final.

•       The Relationship Lab founding cohort offers a limited refund window: participants who complete Month One in full — both live calls, the practice dyad, and the curriculum — and determine the program is not the right fit may request a refund of the remaining five months’ tuition. This is the only refund window available and must be requested within the timeframe communicated at enrollment.

•       After the Month One window closes, no refunds, credits, or prorated returns will be issued regardless of participation level.

•       Payment plan participants who do not complete the program remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless a refund has been approved within the Month One window.

•       Community memberships (when available) may be cancelled through account settings and will remain active through the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused membership time.

•       Digital products and curriculum materials that cannot be accessed due to technical issues may be reissued at our discretion.

Discovery call bookings, scheduling, cancellations, and no-show policies communicated at booking are incorporated into these Terms.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

You agree to contact us at jen@jenstoweconsulting.com before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback so we may attempt to resolve your concern directly.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform and may be disputed.

9. Digital Products and Curriculum License

All curriculum materials, reflection prompts, written content, audio recordings, downloads, and digital content are licensed, not sold.

Enrollment or purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, share, distribute, upload, stream, sell, modify, publicly display, sublicense, or create derivative works from any program materials without written permission from Jen Stowe Consulting LLC.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

10. Program Participation and Community Access

Enrollment in The Relationship Lab grants access to program materials, live calls, practice dyads, and the community space for the duration of the program. Curriculum access is permanent following program completion, as described at enrollment.

Community membership access (where subscription-based) is recurring unless otherwise stated.

You agree to participate in accordance with the community guidelines provided at enrollment. The Lab is a space built for structured personal development work; conduct that undermines that purpose — including venting, generalizing about other groups, or performing growth without engaging in it — is not consistent with membership.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the program, community, or Platform at our sole discretion, including for conduct that is harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the standards of the space. Termination for cause does not automatically create entitlement to a refund.

Live calls and group sessions may be recorded. By participating, you acknowledge that your name, voice, image, comments, questions, or participation may appear in recordings accessible to enrolled members.

11. Practice Dyads

Monthly practice dyads pair participants for structured one-on-one conversations as part of the program curriculum. Participation is an integral part of the program experience.

Content shared in dyad conversations is intended to remain confidential between participants. Jen Stowe Consulting LLC is not responsible for the conduct or disclosures of individual participants in dyad settings. You agree to hold dyad content with the same respect for privacy you would want extended to your own sharing.

12. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

13. User Content and Conduct

You remain solely responsible for the content you post within community spaces.

You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, promotional, or harmful content.

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit, restrict, or delete content at our discretion.

14. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including curriculum, written materials, frameworks, branding, logos, videos, audio recordings, teachings, downloads, and related materials — is owned by Jen Stowe Consulting LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

15. Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications, agreements, invoices, notices, disclosures, and updates.

Electronic communications satisfy any applicable legal requirements for written communication.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jen Stowe, Jen Stowe Consulting LLC, and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, emotional, consequential, or other damages arising from use of the Platform or participation in Services.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jen Stowe and Jen Stowe Consulting LLC and its representatives, affiliates, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and legal fees arising from:

•       your use of the Platform

•       violation of these Terms

•       actions taken based upon Services or information received through the Platform

19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, outages, cancellations, failures, or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, technical failures, platform outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide recorded access where possible.

20. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings. Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Minnesota or in courts located within Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Disputes must be brought individually and not as class actions or representative proceedings.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

23. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision at a later time.

24. Assignment

We may assign, transfer, or delegate rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or sale of assets.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jen Stowe Consulting LLC regarding use of the Platform and Services.
